Fairly clean, trendy boutique hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed quiet rooms and amazingly nice staff. The English breakfast with good taste was savoury. That property was in a great location, next to Dongmen shopping district. I tried some drinks at gastropub Decanter & Malt, located 10 minutes walk away. I've had an excellent stay with good value.

Convenient location, very close to the subway station, close to the railway station.

I wish I was a little more comfortable.

The location was perfect, right above the metro and close to great dining options. Breakfast was a winner with plenty of tasty choices. We visited the Shenzhen Golf Club, and it was worth it. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Can't recommend this place enough!

One downside was the lobby setup. It's on the 6th level instead of a grand entrance. Could confuse first-timers when arriving.

No fruit

The king room was fairly quiet with a nice view. The breakfast was tasty and free with poached eggs, good varieties and smiley chefs, and had all you need.

The location was perfect for my family, just steps away from a subway and a mall. The staff's friendliness stood out when a receptionist offered to help with my taxi payment. The spacious family suite provided enough room for our five kids to play!

My wife says that breakfast seating could be better.

great stay but lobby setup could confuse

I was upgraded to the Specialty King room with a sofa bed, clean and new. The location was excellent, right above the metro and near great dining. Breakfast options were tasty and plentiful.

Mind-blowing location just round the corner from subway station and shopping street. Super breakfast with good variety. Strong wifi signal. Jaw-droppingly clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Highly recommended!

The hotel was fairly clean with welcoming staff, especially the Housekeepers. the property is in a very central setting, close to the famous Futian district and the largest electronic shopping district in the world.

Had an excellent stay for my business trip. Really enjoyed the room with great amenities. My bed was very comfy. Favourable and absolutely perfect location very near to Dongmen shopping center was a plus.

I recently stayed at a hotel located right above a bustling shopping plaza and the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities in the rooms were in great condition. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail, as they provided electrical sockets for plugs from the UK or Hong Kong, which made charging my devices hassle-free. Additionally, the breakfast had very good quality products, with good varieties available, even catering to vegetarians.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

The Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen was a convenient base for our 14-night stay. The hotel was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We found the Laojie subway station to be just a short 10-15 minute walk from the property. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we required.

This venue offers spacious, clean rooms with beautiful views and fantastic amenities.
